[IPP] Registration template for new 'subunit-cooling-down' keyword for the
"printer-state-reasons" Printer Status attribute

Greetings,

HP Inc. would like to register the new 'subunit-cooling-down' keyword for the
"printer-state-reasons" Printer Status attribute [PWG 5100.9]. The current
keywords don't cover the case where there are subunits within the device that
are cooling down, and that state reason allows the Printer to justify why it may
not be actively processing a Job until the condition has gone away.

The registration template is as follows:
