  - Paul sending an email back to Drupa later today and they may reassign the slot or offer us 
    the slot and we will try to get one of our 8 member companies to describe how they are using 
    IPP in their 3D printing solution to evangelize adoption

- Discussion
  - Main area of update to be reviewed: Call for Objection
    - Bill asked if a rejection was a resolution

    - Smith rewrote it with the assumption that a rejection was not a resolution given how an 
      LCRC is either "Resolved" or "Rejected". He then thought about how some organizations 
      attempt to do ashort version of a motion by seeing if there are any objections to 
      approving a motion by unanimous consent. If there is an objection, then the "long 
      version" of the motion is performed.

    - Similarly, a Call for Objection could be considered the "short form" and a PWG Formal 
      Review and Approval (PWG Last Call / PWG Formal Vote) is used instead.

    - Consensus was to table this till the next SC meeting

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith / Mike / Ira/ anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work
