  - Do we need TTs anymore? (Process 4.0 is getting close to being done)

  - Switch phase of SC / TT back? Or just call them all SC and decide whether to cancel the 
    next week's SC meeting that week?

  - Consensus is to make them all just plain "SC meeting" and discuss canceling as needed

  - Successful!

  - Jeremy / Smith to reach out to OS vendors before meeting next time (Apple / Microsoft)

  - Chair would prefer a little bit less last minute churn so we all should contribute our 
    slides a full week ahead of time if possible

  - Good IDS session
    - Ira: Add to IETF a survey of OAuth WG and HTTP WG docs in flight, and also perhaps talk 
      about RFCs that might be useful but have eluded our awareness (e.g., MUD / RFC 8520)

  - Good LFOP sessions

  - What to do with the recordings?
    - LFOP: Get those to Till somehow (perhaps pre-processed by down-sampling)

    - PWG: Perhaps post to YouTube and then put links to the videos on the PWG website

    - But wait...didn't we agree to NOT post PWG meeting recordings? 
      - Yes we did - let's hold off for now and ponder this before the August F2F

    - Actions - I plan to work on the 3D AI’s I received at the F2F later this week.

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith / Mike / Ira/ anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

- Perhaps have as a topic for some future PWG F2F to enumerate core set of concepts with which to construct an outline for the document
- Smith to add discussion of this late binding for the future F2F Plenary
