  - Went smoothly

  - Didn't have all the members we were hoping for (Microsoft and Apple were absent)

  - OAuth discussion was productive but could have gone farther

  - We thought about recording our F2F meetings, but then were unsure if that would be a 
    problem
    - For both courtesy and to comply with privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), we MUST provide notice 
      at the start of each session that we are recording

    - Also what about whether we need to make the recordings available afterwards?

  - Consensus is to start recording the F2F meetings - let's start with the February 2023 F2F

   - Last ISTO updates were sent on 11/29, 11/30, 12/01 - still no check has been found

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith/Mike/Ira/anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

- Perhaps have as a topic for some future PWG F2F to enumerate core set of concepts with which to construct an outline for the document
