  - Getting Geoffrey Mayne (HP Inc. 3D printing and INCITS TC Chair) to attend the 
    3D session made for a very productive 3D session
    - 3D interest in IPP Encrypted Jobs and Documents (TRUSTNOONE) is growing

  - Went smoothly but a real PWG F2F in 2020 would be really good!

  - Webex worked nominally - minor issues

  - Linux Foundation directly hosts OpenPrinting WG

  - Joint Development Fund hosts Uptane WG
    - Merged with Linux Foundation in 2019

    - Different than being directly under Linux Foundation

    - Offers a wider variety of operating procedures and governance

    - Hosted WGs are incorporated as Subordinate LLCs under JDF umbrella

  - Still needs consideration but not nearly as urgent as when the originating issues
    arose (by-laws and antitrust reminder authoring and also the poor performance with 
    2021 membership renewals)

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith/Mike/Ira/anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

- Perhaps have as a topic for some future PWG F2F to enumerate core set of concepts with which to construct an outline for the document
