  - proposed 2-day agenda was too short
  - need more SM and IPP time
  - various revisions resulted in the latest posted agenda

- Tuesday 26 April
  - PWG Plenary in morning kept to 75 minutes (for Drupa, etc.)
  - OP Plenary in morning shortened to 30 minutes
  - CUPS Plenary in morning kept at 60 minutes (for discussion)
  - OP afternoon topics shortened to 45 minutes each
  - IPP Finishings/2.1 and other proposals restored

- Wednesday 27 April
  - IPP status and 3D Printing in morning
  - IPP System Service and next steps in afternoon

- Thursday 28 April
  - SM status, schema, JDFMAP, next steps in morning
  - IPP 3D Printing open discussion in afternoon (optional)

ACTION: Smith to update page to have Finishings 2.1 / errata and other proposals at 3:30-5pm on Tuesday, and do 9-12am on Thursday for SM topics, with an optional afternoon session for "additional 3D printing topics"

- Dusseldorf, Germany on 05/31/16 to 06/10/16
  - Leslie Wood replied that they're holding a place for PWG on 01/27/16
  - 15-minute talks scheduled at 2:30pm on 06/03 and 06/06

- PWG SC has agreed to pay Paul's travel expenses for Drupa 2016
  - travel, hotel, food, etc.
  - no fees - representative has to pay for travel / lodging / etc. 
  - but attendance at the conference is free to PWG (as a speaker)

- 3D Fab & Print group has a booth 
  - offered PWG to have a sub-booth there and give talks
  - content of each talk can be the same or different
  - business cards / backdrop but no big presentation
  
- Paul and Anne are working on PR efforts for Drupa
  - Leverage content from IPP Eve Value Proposition slide deck from 2010
  - Add some additional content about the earlier history of printer drivers
    - to provide the full view of how the 2D industry got to where it is today

- Paul proposed 2D printing history on 01/31/16 
  - Mike proposed updated 2D printing history on 02/01/16
  - Ira forwarded 2D printing history to SC on 02/21/16

- People working on presentation stuff need PWG logo graphics
  - Smith will archive and supply PWG and IPP Everywhere graphics
