Open Printing API (PAPI) Status

This month
	* Published v0.91 of PAPI spec

	* Released code based on v0.9/v0.91 of the papi spec.
	    Library implementations
		papi-lib-dynamic
			meta implementation with no backend support
		papi-lib-cups
			implementation on top of CUPS (libcups)
	    Client application implementations
		papi-clients-bsd-sysv
			BSD/SYSV end-user commands + some extras on top
			of the PAPI.

Moving forward

	* Take feedback on v0.91 of PAPI spec and incorporate it into a new
	  draft.

	* Work on draft interface additions for Administration and Document
	  interfaces for next draft. (review via email through printing-spool
	  list)

	* Work on releasing PAPI over RFC-1179 support and IPP Server side over
	  PAPI.

	* Get PAPI over IPP implementation moving forward.
