Open Printing API (PAPI) Status

This month
	* released code based on v0.91 of the PAPI spec
		papi-lib-lpd
			implementation of PAPI on top of RFC-1179 protocol
	

Moving forward

	* Take feedback on v0.91 of PAPI spec and incorporate it into a new
	  draft.

	* Work on draft interface additions for Administration and Document
	  interfaces for next draft. (review via email through printing-spool
	  list)

	* Work on developing PAPI over IPP support and releasing IPP Server side
		over PAPI.
