9.1 Alert Groups

This section contains the exact registration information for IANA to update the 
IANA-PRINTER-MIB PrtAlertGroupTC Registry [IANAPRT], according to the procedures 
defined in the IETF Printer MIB v2 [RFC3805] section 5, to cover the new alert 
groups defined in section 5.1 of PWG MFD Alerts [PWG5107.3-2019]. 

Add to PrtAlertGroupTC the following:
