  - ICDSoft would be easier for mere mortals to admin the sites
    - Smith showed the ICDSoft dashboard for web management - impressive!

  - Migration of website should be pretty painless
    - Python, PHP, and other scripting languages can be migrated
    - HTTP, FTP, and other content can be migrated

  - Migration of mailing lists would be probably the hardest thing to do
    - Particularly mailing list archives?

  - Consensus 
    - Let's explore and pursue ICDSoft migration

(9) PWG 3D PR Opportunities 2023 - update (Paul)

- Discussion
  - Paul reached Scott Jones from NIST / ACI 564 that does concrete 3D printing 
    - Fall ACI 564 conference is in Boston

    - Paul wants an up or down vote from the group on having a presentation on PWG Safe G-Code
      because they are doing lots of machine-specific G-Code.

    - Paul can do the schedule thing 
      - They have different pricing for different visitors 
      - If Paul did this, the one day registration fee is $509

    - Fee cost isn't onerous, so if Paul can set it up that is fine to pursue

  - Paul still owes feedback to VDMA joint group - hoping to get it organized in September

  - Overall Paul is more pleased with how things are going in 2023 because we are getting closure 
    on some issues of engagement

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG
- OPEN - pwg-mib-numbers-20091220.txt
- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith / Mike / Ira/ anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

- Perhaps have as a topic for some future PWG F2F to enumerate core set of concepts with which to construct an outline for the document
- Smith to add discussion of this late binding for the future F2F Plenary
