  - Short and sweet but productive and decent attendance for an August F2F

  - Good IDS session

  - Audio and web share worked well

  - Do we want to be producing a summary "blog" posting?
    - We haven't done them since August 2022, so let's do one for August 2023 and then try 
      to get the older ones done too, if we have time

(5) PWG November F2F - schedule (All)

- Discussion
  - Alan won't be able to do IDS on Thursday (11/16/23), if we make the event a 2 day and IDS is 
    the morning of the second day

  - Ira has a collision on Tuesday (11/14/23) w/ GP Cybersecurity Vehicle Forum Hybrid (Hamburg)

  - We can likely do a 2 day event (11/15/23 to 11/16/23), but put IDS after the break/lunch
    (in the "afternoon") - so we should make sure IDS is on day 1
    - We can also "split" IDS in half (with the break/lunch in the middle)

ACTION: 08/21/23 - Smith to make PWG November 2023 draft agenda w/ IDS on Wednesday (11/15/23) and all IPP sessions on Thursday (11/16/23)

  - Organization hosting versus communications infrastructure hosting
    - We should separate these two topics

  - Should we revisit migrating our communications infrastructure hosting to ICDSoft?

  - What about the CI / CD systems hooked up to our GitHub projects? 
    - Sort of technically / otherwise orthogonal to our web hosting but worth discussing too

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith / Mike / Ira/ anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

- Perhaps have as a topic for some future PWG F2F to enumerate core set of concepts with which to construct an outline for the document
