ACTION:  11/29/21 - Jeremy to ask Paul to have a 3D IPP article draft ready for next 
week's SC TT meeting on 12/06/21

ACTION:  11/29/21 - Jeremy to ask ISTO to resend membership billing emails and have each 
message: (a) be sent to all representatives of a given Member; and (b) CC chair@pwg.org 
so that the chair can also know that it actually was sent

(3) PWG Process 4.0 and Policies - status (All)

  - Process 4.0 new draft reviewed at 12/06/21 SC TT call and live edited draft was posted 
    after the call
    - Good forward progress! We aren't confused anymore (much)

  - Roles and Responsibilities draft present but won't close that out until Process 4.0 gets 
    to a "prototype"
state

(4) PWG Communications challenges - status (All)

- Discussion
  - Emails are still weird, especially from our reflectors

  - Mike gets reports pretty regularly
    - Most of the reports say that things are OK

    - Google seems to be happy at that level

    - Google Groups reflectors get flagged as spam into Gmail too

  - Moving pwg.org to ICDSoft won't itself change any of this
    - because the underlying problems are *reputation* of the PWG domain and previous spam

(5) 3D / IPP article development - status (All)

- Discussion
  - Article draft coming in January (01/17/21)

  - INCITS publishing thru ISO JTC1 an AMSC document laying out a virtualization of the 
    entire workflow from design to manufacturing
    - Pushed to ISO JTC1

    - Promoting the work

    - We can get a copy as an organization with liaison relationship with INCITS
      - Can we find "where we would go"?
    
    - Can we publish a document saying that we fit into this? 
      - If it is a published document that is available to the public (either for free or
        for for a fee), we ought to be able do that, and INCITS, AMSC, ISO shouldn't object
        because that could drive some level of interest in their document. 

      - Even if the PWG wasn't in a liaison relationship with INCITS, we probably would be 
        able to do this

  - Renewed sense of urgency and engagement means we ought to re-engage on this to make our
    perspectives clear as far as how this solution ecosystem has been envisioned in that 
    INCITS article
    - Who to partner in authoring?

    - Where to publish

ACTION: 12/13/21 - Paul to get ISO AMSC doc from INCITS, email directly to SC members (but NOT to SC reflector) and discuss at an SC meeting in early January

  - ISTO sent out notifications on 11/15/21

  - Ira only got the original notification and 
    - Ira paid by check promptly
    - IEEE-ISTO finally cashed Ira's check on 12/01/21

  - Paul got new notifications

  - Bill still hasn't received any notifications (?!?)

  - Alan only got the original notification but didn't receive the new one

  - Mike only got the original notification
    - Mike paid by credit card successfully

  - Smith and Jeremy don't recall receiving the resend that CC'ed all member representatives

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith/Mike/Ira/anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

- Perhaps have as a topic for some future PWG F2F to enumerate core set of concepts with which to construct an outline for the document
