- Discussion
  - Plenary presentation was too long and went way over time
    - Chair's slides should only take 1/3 of the session
      - All the rest should be coverable in the remaining 2/3 of the session

    - Plenary in 45 minutes?

    - Limit of 3-4 slides for each WG
      - Officers
      - Current work (1-2 slides) / GANTT chart
      - How to participate

    - WG and Liaison slides can be as long as presenter wants but we need to start having 
      time limits
      - Keep the 3D liaisons summary in the plenary tight and short and defer to the later 
        session in the event
      - Move some of Ira's overview of TCG / IETF / IRTF CFRG to the main IDS session or
        perhaps another session

  - Connect with Apple / Microsoft / Google member primary and alternate contacts directly 
    to encourage them to be present if possible (they've all been absent recently)

  - INCITS came to Paul about this, so it would be interesting to know who on the INCITS 
    end was driving this

    - Adding a suite of tests for testing feature intent correctness (could be a LOT of 
      work ... GSoC? :)

    - "IPP Everywhere Cloud Ready" or "IPP Everywhere Enterprise" as expansion 
      certifications?
      - Wait for NODRIVER and EPX and FIN and PPX and get feature definitions out of those
        too (?)

  - What other dimensions of the IPP Everywhere ecosystem should be considered for expansion

  - Try to pull back and come up with "initiative requirements" for IPP Everywhere 2.0?

  - OP CUPS Filters
    - CUPS Filters v1.28.5 - released on 10/13/20
      - Bug fix release for a quick, potential crasher correction in cups-browsed

  - OP GSoC (Google Season of Code) 2020 - complete on 09/08/20
    - 1 student dropped out in July (project continued in LFMP)

    - 1 student failed at end of August (project continued in LFMP)

  - OP GSoC 2021 - planning
    - Currently looking for project ideas for next year’s GSoC
      - Student projects will only be half the time (6 weeks).
      - Google says that this will probably attract more students, but for OP mentors
        it is a much higher workload, as we have to find twice as many students,
        introduce them, and get them up to speed to get the same work done.

  - OP GSoD (Google Season of Docs) 2020 - student project in progress
    - 1 student making excellent progress on Printer Applications documentation

  - LFMP (Linux Foundation Mentorship Program) - student projects in progress
    - IPP Scan - 2 students making good progress

    - IPP FaxOut - 2 students dropped out in October and November 2020

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith/Mike/Ira/anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

- Perhaps have as a topic for some future PWG F2F to enumerate core set of concepts with which to construct an outline for the document
