    - Collision with IETF 109 and that would cause Ira to miss most of it

    - Smith to send out another plain text agenda draft - DONE on 09/23/20

  - Add a 30 minute discussion on IPP Everywhere to full standard / next steps / roadmap

(5) Marketing IPP Everywhere as a replacement for Google Cloud Print? (Smith)

  - Remember that Google asked for IPP Everywhere "feature" definitions but not sure what to 
    do with this quite yet

  - PWG Roles and Responsibilities
    - Reviewed new draft 

    - Make PWG Secretary also an ex officio member of all workgroups so move that to common list

    - Fix Public Relations bullet items to be "Help" rather than "Helps" etc.

    - IETF Designated Expert: Separate bullets for IPP registry and the MIB registries (do these 
      need to be called out specifically? Job Printer and Finishing MIB)

    - Smith to post another draft and request approval or comments to get it approved

  - PWG Process 4.0
    - Smith and Jeremy working together to work on Process 4.0 next draft

(8) GSoC and GSoD 2020 - Update (Ira / All)

  - OP GSoC (Google Season of Code) - complete on 09/08/20
    - 1 student dropped out in July (project continues in LFMP)

    - 1 student failed at end of August (project continues in LFMP)

  - LFMP (Linux Foundation Mentorship Program) - student projects in progress
    - IPP Scan project moved with two students to LFMP

    - IPP FaxOut project added with two students to LFMP

  - OP GSoD (Google Season of Docs) - student projects in progress
    - GSoD technical writer projects were accepted on 08/16/20

  - Paul attended ASTM Center of Excellence presentation last Friday
    - Poll asking what are top of mind for attendees - these were significant:
      - materials categorization
      - normalizing data terms
      - cybersecurity

ACTION: Ira to document OID arc usage in PWG

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith/Mike/Ira/anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work

- Perhaps have as a topic for some future PWG F2F to enumerate core set of concepts with which to construct an outline for the document
- Smith to add discussion of this late binding for the future F2F Plenary
ACTION: Smith/Jessica to update "liaison agreement template" or create new "license agreement template" that would allow a partner to grant to PWG the right to use or reference content within - should this be created by the PWG or by the org that is granting the license?
