  - PWG Roles and Responsibilities
    - Clean up the paragraph at the top of the PWG Administrators section - it has wrong list of 
      officials (IETF DE is still there...)

    - Shrink the Network Admin bulleted list to those items in the table (that will be removed
      in next draft)

    - Remove the tables

    - Rename "PWG Liaison" or "PWG Liaison Representative" to be "PWG External Liaison"
      - Emphasize that the role / person interacts with one or more SDOs

    - IETF Designated Expert only handles IPP and the 3 IETF MIB registries
      - So get rid of the WHAT ELSE?
      - "...helps to maintain the quality of a particular registry hosted by the Internet Assigned
        Numbers Authority (IANA)." --> "...officially approves updates to one or more registries

  - GSoC - COMPLETE!
    - All the students did well and were successful

    - OpenPrinting monthly calls now have a lot more engagement - which is great!

    - The students published their final code by Friday 08/28/20 and submitted their mentor 
      evaluations

    - The mentors submitted their final student evaluations by Monday 09/07/20

    - IPP Scan and IPP FaxOut projects will continue after GSoC for another 3 months in Linux 
      Foundation Mentorship Program (LFMP) and Linux Foundation pays the students for their work 
      on this

    - One of the LF/OP GSoC projects will get a document via GSoD

    - Technical writer applications deadline was 9 July 2020

- "arc" is any single value (often least-significant) in an OID - Existing plain text PWG policy and registry for each PWG MIB base OID - IBM gave PWG a permanent arc for LDAP OIDs for Print Schema (RFC 7612)
- LDAP OIDs to be documented in a additional policy and registry in ".../process/"
ACTION: Smith/Mike/Ira/anybody to draft whitepaper on late binding for best fidelity in Cloud servers, intent vs. process for output fidelity, and the fundamental design ethos of the PWG's work
